Henrick Simard is a partner with the Corporate and Commercial Law Group at the Quebec City office. He mainly works in the field of mergers and acquisitions as well as in corporate financing.

In the context of his practice, Henrick advises and represents clients primarily in matters of financing, investment, private capital, and venture capital. He also has extensive experience in private capital, having contributed to the creation of several investment funds and represented both companies and investors in the context of private equity and venture capital transactions.

Over the years, Henrick has acquired a deep understanding of the issues related to transactional structures and processes, allowing him to support businesses in their growth and development.
